Porch pick up
Once your order is placed, we will get to work packaging it all up for you! Please allow 24hours, and on weekends and holidays 2-3 days for processing. In most cases it will be available faster and we will send you an email as soon as its ready for pick up with directions and instructions.

+ All orders will ship with a tracking number which is emailed to you once your label is created. If you did not receive a tracking email please check your email address is correct on the order.
+ We currently ship through Canada Post.
+ Please note that incorrect shipping addresses may result in your parcel being returned or abandoned. Any return shipping fees or loss of item is to be covered by the customer if this occurs.
+ We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items. Please let us know if any of these happen.
+ We do our best to get orders out as quickly as we can, but please note that delays are possible. We typically ship out out twice a week.
+ If you have multiple orders during our shipping period will will try and ship them together and refund any overages.

Any product that is purchased on our website (some exceptions apply see * below) can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the purchase date for an exchange or store credit excluding shipping costs. All merchandise must be returned unused, unwashed and be accompanied by the original hang tags and packaging. The condition of the product is left at the discretion of Hello Glow Colour Bar.
* Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygienic reasons. These items include jewelry and intimates/swimsuits and skincare products. *
**All items purchased as a sale item (including items purchased during a sale event, or items discounted with an online promotional code) are final sale and cannot be returned for exchange or store credit.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping expenses. Please take care when resending items back to us. Items lost in the mail are your responsibility. We cannot issue refunds on lost parcels. Return shipments should be sent with a courier that offers tracking service such as FedEx or UPS.
To determine whether your purchase is eligible for a refund/exchange please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the following details:
1. Your Name and Order Number
2. The Item(s) You Wish to Return
3. Reason for the Return (For example – Too Big, Too Small, Damaged, Not as Shown in Photo, etc.)
*We will do our best to respond to you within 48 hours. However, we are out of the office on Sundays & holidays.
Gift card will be equal to the amount of the returned item(s), including sales tax (if applicable), minus the cost of the shipping label (if applicable).
Shipping is non-refundable, unless there is a mistake on our end. Exchanges may be subject to an additional shipping fee, paid by the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you on the status of your store credit or store exchange. Once approved, your store credit or store exchange will be processed.
